Heating Oil Payment Programs

To place an order for heating oil you can just stop in to our office location or order online 24/7. Our office hours are 7 am – 5 pm Weekdays, 8 am – 12 pm Saturday. If it’s more convenient to order by phone after hours, an operator is always on call, 24 hours a day, you will never get an answering machine. We deliver Monday thru Friday and most Saturdays during the cold season.

Pre-Buy Plan

Our Pre-Buy program has grown from bid-contracts with local cities, towns, and school districts. Homeowners now benefit and it remains very popular. By pre-buying your oil for the season, budgeting for everything else becomes much easier. Your price will not change up or down. Contact us for details.

AS OF 11/14/2011, Limited gallons have been purchased in reserve at a SOLD OUT per gallon to supply this program. Minimum purchase 500 gallons, sold as supply lasts. To be delivered between September 2011 and April 2012. Please call to confirm availability. Other programs will follow once these gallons have been sold but may be at a different price, higher or lower, depending on the price at the time of purchase.

Heating Oil Cap Price Program

Minimum gallon purchase; 300 gallons.
Cap price per gallon is; SOLD OUT* per gallon.

*If our posted price is lower than the Cap price at the time of delivery, you would receive the lower price.

A non-refundable sign-up fee is $200 (300-1000 gallons). Customers reserving over 1000 gallons, contact us for pricing.

Payment terms are pay as you go; cash/check or net 15 days on approved Fegley's charge accounts.
Program starts September 1^st, 2011 and ends on March 31, 2012.

Automatic “Watch Dog” Delivery

Our most popular program takes the worry out about ordering your heating oil altogether. Here’s how it works: Fegley’s will monitor your heating oil usage, and make a delivery when you need it. This is accomplished by a computer program that compares your past usage verses the weather conditions. A small weather station on our roof relays the daily conditions. “Watch Dog Service” is backed by our 24 hour a day, 365 days a year, emergency service guarantee.

Budget Payment Plan

Tremendously popular option of budgeting next winters projected cost. Budgeting an amount each month allows you to spread out the heating cost over the entire year, instead of being lumped mostly in the winter. Typically the Budget Payment Program starts in June each year, but can be started at any time of the year.

Now save money too! Customers on our Budget program, in good standing, will receive an Instant .05¢ per gallon Discount. Choose automatic or will call delivery. Send in payments or have them automatically paid from your checking account or credit card. Our Budget program is a popular option for customers who do not wish to open a charge account.
