Tune-up Includes:

Disassemble and inspect the inside of the furnace.
Thoroughly clean and dislodge any soot in the fire chamber, smoke pipe, and gun assembly.
Replace the spray nozzle, oil filter, and reassemble the unit.
Our technicians also will check the efficiency, conduct a smoke test and temperature test.
Your storage tank will be visually inspected.

Fuel Oil Storage Tank Cleaning

Old oil tank? Years of service come with sludge, rust and water build- up inside your fuel tank. Condensation and algae growth inside your fuel tank eventually end up on the bottom causing problems.

Our new service works to clean-up the inside your fuel tank.
The first stage isolates 90% of tank bottom sludge to reduce contamination to the rest of the fuel.
The second stage removes water, rust, algae and particulate down to 40 microns.
Included is a tank filter line cleaning and element replacement, plus another element replacement the next week. (all additional elements needed will be priced at time + materials)
